What are the benefits of lavender?

How can I make lavender lavender tea?
Boil 1-2 teaspoons of lavender buds in water for 15-20 minutes. Because lavender has very instense relaxing quolities, if you do not wish to become sleepy, you can mix the lavender with a little black Keylan tea, green tea of your preference of lemongrass. You could also add a slice of lemon in your tea which matches greatly with lavender. Be careful of the quality of lavender you use for your tea. We only suggest our own lavender that we know to be edible and clean of all the harmful lavender pollen.
How can I use the lavender essence oil?
Lavender essential oil can be used in various ways to promote relaxation and well-being. You can add a few drops to a diffuser to fill your space with its calming aroma. How many lavender sachets do I need?
Even though our sachets contain organic lavender and have a strong scent, one only is not strong enough to cover your entire wardrobe. We suggest that you use either a canvas sachet either 3-4 organza sachets for a double wardrobe, 2 organza sachets for a big drawer and 1 organza sachet for a small drawer in order to have satisfying aroma and repel the moths effectively
